We understand that unexpected things can come up and you may need to cancel your child’s lesson. If you do need to cancel, we kindly ask for more than 48 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another student. Whenever possible, we encourage you to reschedule instead of cancel, so your child doesn’t miss out on their learning.

• • If a cancellation or change is made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, 50% of the lesson fee will be charged.
• • If a cancellation or change is made less than 24 hours before the lesson, or if your child does not attend (no show), the full lesson fee will be charged.

A lesson is treated as a no show if your child has not joined and started within the scheduled lesson time. Our tutors will usually wait up to 15 minutes for students to join. If the student has not arrived by this point, the tutor will end the session and the lesson will be marked as a no show. Because the full hour has been blocked out and cannot be extended, the full lesson fee will still apply in this case.

Please note that reasons such as illness, technical issues, forgetting the link, or being late are still subject to the cancellation or no show fee outlined above. We may only waive or reduce a charge in exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion.
